If your cash card goes missing, you can order yourself a new card, for example, with the "Co-op member information changes" form available at the outlets or by visiting one of the customer service points of the Prisma chain, the Sokos chain and the larger S-markets.You can also call the S Group's co-op member service at +358 10 765 858 on Mon–Fri from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (€ 0.088/minute).
