As a co-op member, you are both an owner and a customer at your cooperative – in other words, the most important contributor. Making your voice heard is worthwhile both as a customer and as an owner. Through participation, you are able to get involved in operational development and to ensure that the services fulfil your needs and expectations.
We work continuously to develop our operations, services and selections. In this task, customer feedback is a crucial tool for us.
