S Group's sales and results showed positive development
S Group's sales and results continued their steady growth in 2018. S Group's operating result for 2018 was EUR 355 million, compared to EUR 344 million in 2017. SOK Corporation's operating result increased to EUR 59 million from the previous year's EUR 41 million.

Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approved the sale of Stockmann Delicatessen to S Group
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the sale of Stockmann Delicatessen in Finland to S Group's three regional cooperatives and SOK. However, the Authority requires Stockmann Delicatessen to continue its procurement from Tuko Logistics until the end of 2018.
