Your rights

 

1. The right to receive transparent information
You have the right to information on what data relating to you is collected, for which purposes your data is used, what the legal grounds for the processing of your data is, and to whom your data is transferred. 2. Right of access to information
You have the right to being informed of whether personal data relating to you are processed, and, if such data is processed, which data we do process. You can thus ask for the data on you in a register. 3. The right to rectification of data

4. The right to the removal of data

5.  Automated individual decisions, e.g. profiling
If you wish, you have the right not to be subjected to automated decision-making and profiling. In the more specific information on each register you will find information on the profiling that may be performed using the data in each register. S Group's person registers >>

6. The right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, if the grounds for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the controller. You always have the right to prohibit direct marketing. S Group's person registers >>

7. The right to limit processing
In certain situations you have the right to limit the processing of your personal data, e.g. if you deny the correctness of your data or the processing is unlawful, but you do not want your data erased.  In such circumstances we are only allowed to store your data.

8. The right to transfer information from one system to another
If we process your personal data with your consent or on the basis of a contract, you have the right to receive the information provided by you to us in an electronic format for transfer to another service provider.

9. The right to be informed of breaches of the data security of personal data
We immediately inform you of any breach of data security occurring here that might seriously threaten your integrity. If need be, we also help you protect your information.

10. The right to make a complaint to a supervising authority
According to the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to make a complaint to a supervising authority in the member state in which your residence or workplace is located, or where the breach against the General Data Protection Regulation has occurred.
