S-LOGIN - YOUR KEY TO S GROUP'S SERVICES

You need an S-login (previous name S User Account) to log in to S Group’s online stores or use S Group’s mobile applications. When you link your S-Etukortti card to it, you'll earn Bonus and get access to other co-op member's benefits for your online purchases as well.

How to create an S‑login

  1. Click the Login link in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. Select Create S‑login.
  3. Click Identify yourself.
  4. Identify yourself using online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
  5. Confirm your email address by entering the verification code sent to your email.
  6. Review your information and accept the terms of use.
REMEMBER TO CONFIRM YOUR PHONE NUMBER

By confirming your phone number, you enhance the security of the login. This allows you to log in with text messages instead of email in the future. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Click the Log in link in the upper right corner of this page.
  2. Log in using your email
  3. Check that your phone number is correct at My Information page.
  4. Select Confirm phone number.
  5. Enter the confirmation code you received via text message on your phone.
MANAGE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION AT S-KAYTTAJATILI.FI

At s-kayttajatili.fi/en, you can manage and update your own customer information and email that you use for login.

  • Invite family members to earn Bonus and enjoy cooperative member benefits.
  • Check your Bonus earnings and discounts received.
  • View e-receipts for your purchases and opt out of paper receipts.
  • Review and edit your customer information, including updating your email address and phone number.
  • Access your current benefits and coupons.

LOGGING IN TO SERVICES

  1. Click on the Log in link or the profile icon in the top of the website.
  2. Enter your email address or verified phone number.
  3. You will receive a confirmation code either via email or text message. Enter this code, and you will be logged into the service without a separate password.

If your S-Etukortti card is linked to your login, you can also user your bank credentials to log in:

  1. Click on the Log in link or the profile icon in the top of the website.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select Log in with your banking codes and your preferred bank or mobile ID.
  4. Follow the instructions provided on the bank's website, and you will automatically return logged in to the S Group's website.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The S Group’s online stores that require S-login for login are: s-kaupat.fi, prisma.fi, sokos.fi, and sokoshotels.fi.
    You can also use S-login to access ABC mobiili app, S-kaupat app, Sokoshotels app and Yhteishyvä app.

     

     

  • You can change your email address either in S‑mobiili app or at any S group website or app that has the option to log in.

    In S‑mobile:
    Open S‑mobiili and go to the Me section.
    • Select My information under your name
    • Select Email
    • Enter your email address and click Confirm
    • Open the verification message sent to your email and copy the verification code
    • Enter the verification code.

    On S-kayttajatili.fi

    Log in to the S-kayttajatili.fi/en. On the My information page, you can see the email address saved in your customer details.

    • Click the Edit button
    • Enter your email address and click Confirm
    • Open the verification message sent to your email and copy the verification code
    • Enter the verification code.
    You can change your phone number in the same way, either in S‑mobiili or on the S-kayttajatili.fi/en My information page
  • Your username is your email address that you have verified.

    If you no longer have access to the email account, you can log in using your online banking credentials, provided that you have linked your own S-Etukortti card to your customer information.

    Here’s how to log in with online banking credentials:

    1. Enter your email address (the one you no longer have access to) on the screen and select Login with your banking codes from the next screen.
    2. Complete the authentication process on your chosen bank’s page.
    3. Immediately after logging in, change the email address in your customer information to one you have access to.
