S Group refers to cooperative retail stores and the SOK Corporation, including their subsidiaries and affiliates like S-Bank. Partners are companies that may offer Bonus or benefits to co-op members, as well as those collaborating with S Group in marketing or purchasing media visibility. Where are the marketing permissions stored?
All marketing permissions are stored in the S Group’s co-op member and customer register. If you have previous information in S-Bank's customer registry, consents will also be stored there. Information is not shared or sold.
How are marketing permissions used?
Given marketing permissions can be used for general marketing or for sending tailored messages to you. Messages are based on data stored in S Group's co-op member and customer register or S-Bank's customer register.
How can I revoke given marketing permissions ?
You can revoke marketing permissions at any time, for example, via S-mobiili app, your S User Account, through customer service, or directly from an email received.
