Ownership structure
The co-op members own the cooperatives, which in turn own the central firm, SOK.The ownership share held by a cooperative is based on its respective number of members and the amount of purchases it makes from SOK's subsidiaries.Therefore, ownership shares are slightly changing all the time.
Each co-op member will have invested an equal membership fee in the cooperative's capital.All cooperative members are equal among themselves as the power of decision in cooperatives is exercised with the "one vote per member" principle.
